This online memorial was created in loving memory of Abbigale Wentz, whose life story is told throughout this memorial website. Please sign Abbigale 's guest book and let us know you came to visit. We will remember Abbigale forever.
Abbigale was born on February 25, 2005 and was 8 lbs 1 oz. She was a great baby, very good natured and beautiful, we couldn’t have asked for more. Abbigale took a binki for about 2 months is all and at about 5 months old found her thumb was a better comfort. I can remember thinking about how hard of a habit that was going to be for me to get her to break. She learned to roll over, crawl and had recently started to walk. She was always such a good little helper, if I gave her something and asked her to take it to the garbage, she would happily run, not walk, and dispose of it. Her favorite blanket was one that her Great Grandma Jacobs had made for her and she knew which blanket was hers.
Abbigale would wake in the mornings and quietly play in her crib until I was finished getting ready for work and then I would go and get her so we could spend some time together cuddling before I had to take her and Bekka to our sitter. On weekends, I would go and get her and she would lay on my chest and suck her thumb until her big sister got up and would come running out and she would want to get down and play. She knew when asked that a cow said moo, she would also try to say her big sister’s name, and she loved to wave and say bye-bye. One of her favorite toys was a little princess cell phone and she would pretend to be talking to someone and just jabber their ear off, it was the cutest thing in the world.
Our beautiful little Abbigale was tragically taken back to her Heavenly Father on September 18, 2006 from being caught in the pull cords of a set of window blinds. She was a beautiful and happy little girl that will live forever in our Family’s and Friends hearts.
There isn’t a day that goes by that we wish she was still here with us.
Abbigale we miss you and love you so much and we look forward to the day that we will see you again.
Love,
Mommy, Daddy, Rebekka & Baby Sister Catie |
